Letting Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to rent property from Almeria Holidays you are deemed to have read and accepted the following letting terms and conditions.

1. No more than six persons to occupy accommodation unless agreed by the owner

2. Vacation of premises by 10am on day of departure, this may be flexible depending on in-coming guests and/or cleaning schedule

3. No occupation of premises before 3pm, this may be flexible depending on cleaning schedule

4. Any excess cleaning or damage to property, fixtures and fittings, lost keys, etc. to be replaced, or paid for in full before departure or your damage deposit may be forfeited

5. A booking form must be completed, signed and returned together with a 10% (non-refundable) deposit to confirm your holiday dates. If after 7 days from your provisional booking the form and deposit have not been received we reserve the right to offer these dates to another client

6. The balance, plus a £75.00 damage deposit, to be paid in full two months prior to holiday. Damage deposit will be returned approximately one week after your return providing no damage has been caused during your stay or excess cleaning is required

7. If the booking is less than eight weeks in advance of required holiday dates the full amount, rental plus damage deposit, becomes payable on booking

Note: As we realise that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate cancellation a 50% refund of the paid balance will be refunded if cancellation is no less than four weeks from occupation and cancellation can be justified. If cancellation is less than four weeks ahead of occupancy then all monies paid will be forfeited unless we can re-let property, in which case 50% of paid balance will be refunded

8. Bed linen and towels, but not beach towels, are provided and will be changed on a weekly basis

9. Cleaning of property during occupancy is your responsibility and we ask that you leave it in a clean condition

10. Water, electricity, laundry and final cleaning charges are included in the rental price

11. Although access is granted to pools and gardens please remember this is a residential complex. Guests are therefore respectively requested to keep noise down to a minimum and abide by complex regulations

12. Almeria Holidays reserves the right, for what-so-ever reason, to refuse a booking from prospective clients
